This is posted as a reminder to my clients that weve talked about properly recruiting your back rather than turning this into an arm exercise. Pull those shoulder blades together first (like someone dropped an ice cube down your back). It takes practice, but youll target the back more effectively. (I happen to be using parallel grip here, but same is true on typical wide lat pull-downs - as well as other back movements...seated row, etc.) I should note, here I am pulling my elbows a bit deeper than is typical. Also, theres always room for improvement. I am certainly no pro, and can find mistakes in my form always as I pay attention. But remember...quality over quantity. AND NOOOOOO SPEEDING TICKETS! #iamenoughpersonaltraining
