This is pretty textbook. Former Colleague: Why are you still doing that network marketing home thing? My buddy did that. It was so scammy. Me: Well I dont know your buddy but more importantly given the two options, why would I rather work for someone else, have far less the time-freedom, make far less the money, and enjoy far less my work -only to complain about all of it while I drink myself into a stupor at 5 oclock on Friday just because it makes me feel temporarily better? Him: Solid point. Well, what are you doing thats so different? Me: Probably treating it like a professional and the life-changing business that it can be if done correctly. Him: I guess that makes sense. Well send me some info on that. I hate what Im doing and need to find another solution asap #abracadabra Remember, professionals act professional and get treated as such. Amateurs act lazy, cut corners, and come across scammy. Therefore get treated as such. Give it a good name. #GoPro
