This is probably the best documentary I have seen which skilfully weaves science, energy, spirituality and much more together in a superbly beautiful and aesthetic way. So much of Way of Nature teachings from Taoism, indigenous wisdom, and Buddhist knowledge is mentioned including yatras, meridian lines, connecting inner & outer nature, meditation & lots more.
