This is ridiculous !!!!! reported this before and tried again today. Phoned Ugu just to hold on for half an hour and went through to someone else who just put the phone down as I started to explain my problem. Somebody, not sure who, chopped a tree and damaged the water meter box. Water is pouring out now for a couple of days and somebody is going to get a huge shock when they get their bill and if it is me there is no chance that I am going to pay this. Can anybody tell me who I can phone to handle this asap.
