This is serious but ironically funny. I donate several times a year, about $5.00 each time, to pleas for help, from the Alzheimers Association in my memory of my father who had it and others. I got another request today in the mail from them with the usual note pad gifts. And in addition to the donation request they asked if I was interested in their holiday themed flags, banners, & wall plaques. Proceeds to the charity. If so then order them on the separate order form and return with or without the donation. After checking the mailing twice, no order form. THEY FORGOT TO PUT IT IN!!!!! What irony!
