This is shocking and only one in the many wayside executions that are happening ! And that too, one of their own ! not a word of denunciation! People are simply are bludgeoned into submission. Is this, then the religion of peace ! Is this what they want Kashmir and other parts ( where the population of Muslims is more than30 percent ... Owaisis benchmark ) to become ? it is then no surprise that there is much revulsion . No amount of whitewashing can explain the silence of the 99% muslims who ( in private, say that this is not the Islam they practise! ) But seem to acquiesce quietly lest it affect their lives. But for how long ?Are these the kind of young men they wd like their daughters to marry? If not , they need to take a stand, discipline their boys and teach them the tenets themsves rather than let them be guided by outside forces. I am sorry for having voiced my fears openly. But it is an anguished cry from A friend . The Hindus are not the enemy . The obscurantist is ! the community needs to wakes up before it is too late . Hope the Mufti shows guts in his twilight years.
