ONE PAN KUCHEN 1 c. shortening 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 2 lg cans of sliced peaches mix well pat unto bottom and sides of a greased or sprayed 10 x 15 pan Filling 1 3/4 c. heavy cream 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1T. flour Drain the two large cans of sliced peaches. Spread evenly over dough. Cover with the filling: cream, sugar, eggs, and flour. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. let cool cut and serve warm or refrigerate and serve chilled. Great with coffee!! Enjoy!
