This is so sad but as a Pastor I can relate. This is why you should pray for your leader. The pressure to perform under pressure and be perfect to imperfect people is a major burden to bear. People think just because youre a Pastor you shouldnt have no issues or problems. This article here is also one of the reasons that I am the way I am. I told my church if IM going to Pastor you I can only do it by being me and if you cant accept me I have countless offers around the world! As you see here on Facebook I speak my mind, travel, and live life by what God says and not the people. You can never and hear me well NEVER please people no matter what you do! So many Pastor friends of mine inbox me and say they wish they can be like me and speak their mind. But I say to them Why cant you be? Whose your judge God or the people? I am out of the box but always in the word and have no one to answer to but my Bishop and God. Im 44 and have been preaching for 24 years over half of my life. At this stage of the game I could care less what a ninjah thinks about me! Their words bounce off of me like paper bullets! Before my mother died she told me that I was different and had a deep thinking mind and to always to be true to myself. Those words stay in my mind constantly. Today I encourage you to NOT put your Pastor on a pedestal because he/she is still human. Pray for them and do your best to make things easier for them to do their job. And by all means if they have messed up and you have a problem with what theyve done (though theyve repented) please leave that ministry and not be a hypocrite and let the devil use you to destroy their name and bring down the church. Remember you messed up too! Lets keep this family in prayer. This is Queen Esthers Son and I approve of this message.
