This is so tragic, and easily avoidable if cops actually gave a damn and put some effort into using their brains instead of just shooting everything that moves. This man was no threat to them, he was not charging at them, he was mentally ill, and just pacing. He had one tiny pen knife on him. There really needs to be a law that puts police officers accountable for murder. Because the current one that says you cant kill someone unless under self defense really doesnt have any effect on law enforcement if they decide to go trigger happy just because.
