This is so true. I personally havent been affected by this but I have been around long enough to see the gentrification. The year 2014 I learned a lot about the construction field and about city work. I met some of the head honchos in the labourers union and paid very close attention to the construction of San Francisco. I think Ive gone at least 300 days of last year to the city and I have clear memory of buildings taken down within that time and also foundations to finished within that time. My question has always been. How to you change something thats already in changing... Fuk the labourers union. Every Labourer is a slave to the union. I wouldnt be a Labour worker even if the wage went super high. Theres always negative energy when it comes to new construction. The building and the people who built it. Will this building cycle ever change..
