This is some pretty damn sobering stuff! //A source close to the president revealed last week that Obama is taking an off-the-cuff suggestion of NSA director Thomas Hilfiger into serious consideration. Though initially he called the suggestion preposterous bullshit, Obama has since warmed slightly to the words of Mr. Hilfiger. Our source pointed out that Obamas recent behavior is that of a man torn apart by a deeply emotional moral struggle. I think [Obama] has really come to appreciate that this is the kind of opportunity that only comes along once in a lifetime, but its not without costs. As president, he is the one who has to single-handedly shoulder this terrific burden… and it has affected him deeply. In light of this information, some of Obamas increasingly morose public comments can now be made sense of in a telling narrative that closely follows the angst and disillusionment of the one man who used to see hope in the eyes of his people. Obamas most recent speaking engagement at Barnabys Waffle House in Bangor, Maine left more than a few local patrons of the establishment feeling bewildered. I look into your eyes today, and all I see are limpid pools of light… You know, America is a nation of the free, the strong, and the brave. But are we really free? What does it actually mean to be `free`? Oh, were going to need a lot more syrup than that to hide the bitter taste of my disappointment. Behind the scenes, local owner Frank Dornboggle said that Obama was peppering the patrons with a series of probing questions regarding the welfare of Ms. Hickox He asked me if I had been to see Ms. Hickox. You know, did I know how she was doing. Did I have any of her personal effects, and so on. He just had this distant glazed over expression the entire time, like he was miles away. Well I told him what I know … that I didnt know how she was doing, but if she tried to enter my place of business Id show her the damn door. We dont allow any women in this establishment.
