This is something I recently heard and want to pass on to others who will be voting for mayor and counsellors this November. It was suggested that we only vote for the candidates who we want to see in office. Just because there are 6 available spaces, and 8 people running (for example), and I only want to have 3 of the 8 on counsel, I will only vote for those 3 candidates and leave the rest blank. Does that make sense?
