This is something that the Government seriously need to re-consider. The PTPTN is a loan and not scholarship. By putting in the rule for only those eligible for BRIM would only be considered, then this would be utmost unfair to Malaysian. Why should those that earn more punished because they are earning more? Is the Government trying to send the signal to Malaysian that earning more is a sin? Look, those that are earning more pay more tax and they too should be eligible for such facilities. However, if you say that those loan will not be totally converted to scholarship for the high scorer, maybe... just maybe... that would be more acceptable. But the Government need to make this clear so that the people will not be confused and later blame the Government on the terms and condition. This would also be the same for petrol subsidy. On one hand, the Government encourage the people to make more and on the other hand, heck... they are being punish for earning more? Please make up your mind. Whoever proposed this.... should be asked to leave for their shallow thinking and stupidity. Haiya!!!
