This is somewhat embarassing but I would like to share this true story. In May of 2012, I decided to sign up to become an Ambassador with Plexus Slim because I was having weight loss success with the products. I had never been a part of any kind of company like this because my mother always used the words pyramid scheme when talking about companies you could join. Therefore, I associated businesses like this as a scheme. Like I said Im being completely honest and my family can attest to this being true. I only intended to get the products for me and my Mother at wholesale. Then it started happening, I was losing weight and people were asking how and when I would tell them they would say how can I get some. So now I started selling, after making some money I decided to start promoting and got confident in my sales. Then I was selling an outrageous amount of product which lead me to start learning more about the company. At that point I learned if I signed 3 ambassadors I could earn a $100 bonus. So my next goal was to get three, I found two amazing people to join me on this ride, Cathy Lloyd Creamer and Amanda Tingle. I needed one more but I could not talk another friend into joining, so I went to someone I knew I could talk into anything, my Mother. Remember she is the one that called this kind of company a scheme all of our lives. However, she joined and I got my $100 and an one ounce silver coin bonus. As time goes by Im losing weight, getting healthy, and making money (more and more every month) but heres the embarrasing part, I wasnt sure how long this would last so I never even tried to convince a single family member to join me. I now know this is the real thing, its not going away its getting better. The company is for real and the products work and this is an unbelievable journey. So now after all of this time of me refusing to invite my family in because I didnt want them to take a risk of losing on anything Im encouraging and even begging them to join me. I want them to feel the joy and financial pleasures Im feeling. With me saying all of that I wanted to say this 1. Thank you team members for having confidence even when I didnt. and 2. If its good enough for family, shouldnt it be good enough for my friends to.
