This is somewhat personal but I really like it and thought I should share. When my Mimi passed away several years ago it devastated my family. But every single year, no matter what, since she passed, it snows on my birthday. Sometimes it blankets the entire ground. Sometimes its mixed with rain. But I can always take solace in the idea that shes checking in with me and wishing me a happy birthday. Loved ones never truly leave us. They live through us, through our animals, our family, and through the world around us. Its pretty amazing. Miss you Mimi. Love you.
