In reality it sort of defies common sense. What they are talking about is the deployment of investment capital. In todays world that tax cut for the wealthy or a corporation does not honor borders. Apparently Republicans are going to continue to rely on the Patriots in corporate American to create jobs. Its just most of the manufacturing jobs that would pay better in the United States will be created in places where they dont pay better. Public service announcement on specifics of why Curt doesnt buy trickle down.
