This is stunning, shocking, upsetting, and real. I can not believe I have not seen this until today. As an employee at a University, I keep getting older, but the students stay the same age. The freshman class this year was born in 1996 making them five years old in 2001. I dont remember much from when I was five years old, and Im assuming they dont either. I have made a point each year to ask the students what 9/11 means to them. As the years go on, fewer and fewer students have any connection or have much of an emotional reaction about 9/11, unless it directly impacted their life. Maybe this video can provide those younger than I a glimpse into what NEVER FORGET really means. It is important to remind ourselves and those around us about when our country was attacked. 9/11 will never leave me. Thank you to the civil servants and the civilians who gave their life on that Tuesday. Also thank you to those who came through and continue to tell stories and keep alive the memory of those who did not survive.
