This is stupidly personal to post, but I have a few friends on here that know quite a lot about fitness. Im looking at aiming to loose a good 20kg. And I have huge self conscious views about being judged at the gym (stupid fear). But if any of you could inbox me about ways to achieve this goal would be greatly appreciated, sorta of foods to eat, exercises and a rough routine to ensure that I stick to a goal would be really cool :)
