This is sweet Shae. She is a senior purebred boxer without a docked tail female who is 9 years old, heart worm negative and already spayed. She was surrendered because the family no longer had time for her after 9 years. Sounds heart breaking doesnt it? Well it is. She has been very sad and doesnt understand why she cant just go back home to a warm cozy couch. She has been at the Humane Society Of North Texas for a month now and being so depressed has caused her to develope a URI. We all know such big places like hsnt that house and help so many cannot afford to risk all the other animals health BUT they are willing to give her a very short period to find a savior meaning a day, possibly two if someone can step up. She is very well behaved and so sweet but her heart is broken. Can any of my friends step up and help this sweet older girl?? She went through obedience training and knows basic commands and her owner said she was good with kids and the other dog and was pretty mellow. She likes to go to her crate as her safe place.
