This is terrible. Rham doesnt understand that the City will then generate revenue off of the parents for the fines for curfew violations. This means the poor single mother working to get by and survive is going to have to miss court, pay her sons fines, DCFS garbage, and so forth. When I was a boy i got arrested for curfew and received a ticket to see a certain judge. My mother worked a lot and so i would stay out late. Well, she had to miss work to take me to court and a certain brilliant judge decided to max fine me, which really resulted in money coming from my single moms pocket and out of my little brothers share of food. Stupid unless they dont inconvenience hard working parents.
