This is terrible such an horrific accident and they forget Tony has to live with that his whole life. On top of them possibly charging a driver who was doing what he always does when Ward popped out of his car mid race on the track and tried to confront Stewart who was still in the car. How could you possibly confront someone when they are doing thirty miles an hour. Sad Ward was obviously not thinking logically and let his emotions get the best of him while playing chicken with a moving car. He decided to be a pedestrian because he hopped outside of his vehicle and on to the track. Does that even make sense to try to charge a man who will never forget this by penalizing a guy for driving a car legally on a track while some moron wanted to play tough and did not think the metal automobile would win.
