This is the Arc trainer that I get on all the time.. I set it at Hill Intervals and then raise the resistance to 100...every time the level changes I have to move it back to 100... It burns more calories this way.. Most times I can burn 100 calories in 5 minutes! sometimes it takes about 6 minutes! This is how I was burning 100 calories last night and then doing 10 setups and then doing another 100 calories and then back doing the set ups.. I did this until my daughter was ready to go!
