This is the Bridal Shower Cake that found a spot on a Fairytale Table .... setting....The cake was a simple Vanilla Cake, filled with Austrian Butter Cream, each layer topped with home-made plum jam...each cake layer was lightly brushed with brandy to increase moister...and flavor.. The cake was iced with the same Austrian Butter cream (half custard and half unsalted butter plus sugar plus Vanilla and Orange flavors then covered with a layer of whipped cream...then decorated with whipped cream rosettes and royal icing...lastly I added fresh roses and petals to make the cake special.... the very last touch was added by my friend hostess Claire Jones..the little blossoms of Borage...an edible, exquisite little flower from her amazing and breathtaking gardens......
