I will personally work with you to cut the government red tape as best I can so you can get people to work. “I have a great story to tell about the City of Manitowoc and Mayor Justin Nickels. We are starting phase 3 which is a 20,000 sq ft addition and I am in the middle of purchasing three additional acres of land (city property) for parking. My contractor wants to start excavation sooner than the closing of the land. We asked the City if we can stockpile the dirt on the land before closing because the land needs work. I got a call from the Mayor and he gave us the go-ahead to start the stockpiling now! This was impressive to me as so many other forms of government would have found 14 reasons NOT to allow it.” ~ Kenlyn Gretz, Americollect in the City of Manitowoc.
