This is the Eulogy from Anthony Pungitores funeral written by Sue Pungitore. Anthony was a well liked and admired person. He was always generous and very giving. He took care of his wifes family when times were bad for them and he would give anyone a place to stay, food to eat and cash if needed. He was an avid golf fan and played as often as he coud until his sickness no longer allowed him to practice. He won many awards and was admired for his talent. He loved having his family and friends at his home on the weekends to enjoy dinner, conversation, and just seeing everyone made him very happy. He no longer had the ability to go out much due to his decline in health. The holidays were his favorite times of the year and he loved seeing his kids and grandchildren and anyone who came to his home to enjoy the day. He was grateful to all who tried tohelp him when he started quickly to decline in the past year. He thanked his wife everyday for her efforts to help keep him alive and often told her to let him go as he no longer wanted to fight. He was too tired and the time had come, so he gave up. There are many people mourning him today and he will be greatly missed. Today we lay him to rest as he is now with his dad, mom and recently deceased brother. The family thanks everyone for thier kindness and love. Greatly appreciated, The Pungitore family.
