This is the LAST time I will talk about the incident with United Petsafe in regards to Magic. So, if you have questions ask them NOW and STOP making shit up, spreading outright lies, going to Kelle like she is my boss, etc. The whole thing happened because of what United Petsafe told us had happened. Not our fault that their employees told us the wrong thing and we didnt know differently until late the next day. The situation has been resolved, they flew her for free the next day (which they should have) and she made it safely to her forever home. A supervisor from United Petsafe called myself and Cameo yesterday to get all of the CORRECT information as to what happened seeing as how it was us who were there. Will I ever fly my dogs via their company again? I dont know. However, I am tired and over people who werent involved in the situation putting themselves into it. NEVER once were flight attendants mentioned in my post and my post was DELETED. Also, if any of you rescuers claim you wouldnt have gotten upset when the airline calls you and says your dog got forgotten about in the van (THEIR words NOT ours) you would be lying. I have seen you all want blood for far less offenses. I am over this.
