This is the Mission to Seafarers chapel at Portbury(Bristol Port). As part of the port team I`d like to emphasise our mandate to the 1.6 million seafarers. we are there for their practical, emotional and spiritual welfare. What ever their belief/ faith/ non faith. We do not differentiate between rank, nationality, culture, orientation or situation. We are there to show the love of God in all ways that we can. One way is to use the `cup of coffee` to sit, listen, and understand the seafarer, and offer compassion,and care. Thankyou to all of you that give the Mission support, and to those who support me in my dual role as ships visitor,and speaker.(for those in peril on the sea(s).
