This is the Museum of Corruption in Kiev! Its probably former President Yanukovitchs private residence where he was raising ostriches while the country was going more and more bankrupt. In a typically Ukrainian ironic paradox, business people wear anti-corruption badges as they fork out the standard fee of $ 3000 to corrupt officials to get customs declaration forms to be able to import goods and carry on with their businesses. But the atmosphere has lightened up and everyone is delighted with this democratisation of corruption. Now EVERYBODY can bribe someone!!! - rather than this practice being limited to select élites...
