This is the coolest thing Ive seen in a long time! Thanks for posting it Dave Ternier! Solar Freakin Roadways! This truly could change everything for the better. When I was a kid in the 60s, I LOVED going to Disneylands Carousel of Progress and seeing the fabulous future I had to look forward to. It was so exciting to see space travel and People Movers and video phones and the like. Some of that has come to pass, but much has not. THIS idea-come-to-production is the most revolutionary concept Ive seen in a very long time. Imagine the possibilities! Rebecca and I have just recently been given a very great gift from some very special people. It has helped us tremendously to offset some rather major losses. So weve decided that we should use a small percentage of that gift to pay it forward and this project seems quite fitting. I would highly recommend that, if you have an extra $5 or more laying around, or if you can refrain from buying that Starbucks for a couple of days, this would be a worthy investment.
