"This is the day that the Lord hath made". And what a glorious morning it is. Only 62* at 5:30 a.m. Mornings like this make me really want to get moving and get the day started. Who out there puts up corn? Do you prefer to can or freeze it. The Ball canning book I had stated that the corn may discolor when canning. I have always in the past froze it, but to save freezer space I would like to try canning at least some of it this year. All comments and suggestions welcome. Tomorrow I am off and planning on doing corn after I drop the kitten off at the vet. Hope you all have a blessed day!
