Metropolitan Magistrate of Court No. 66, Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court, Mumbai, the Airport Police Station, Mumbai has registered an FIR u/s 156(3) of Cr.P.C. on 01.11.2014. The FIR was against very powerful persons, viz. Mr. Alok Sinha, presently Joint Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Dr. GVK Reddy, Chairman, GVK Group, Mr. GV Sanjay Reddy, Managing Director, Mumbai International Airport Private Limited and four police officers. Today, a few persons had come to my housing complex: Satellite Centre, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad at around 11:00am. They were trying to find out details about me. They have terrorized the security when the security did not allow them in. I apprehend a threat to my life and limb. By placing this on record, I request you to kindly take appropriate action in the matter. I tried to inform the Police Control Room, Ahmedabad on 100, but they refused to entertain my complaint. Additionally, yesterday evening, at around 6:15 pm, I received a call from number +91 79 61999999. The lady speaking claimed to be from Adani Gas and on the pretext of inquiring about my non-existent piped gas connection, has confirmed my phone number and my address. It is interesting that when I tried to call back the number by dialling from my received call list, all that I got was a recording that the number is incorrect. Thanking you.
