This is the driver that hit my passenger side mirror yesterday when his lane ran out thinking I should have moved over for him when I had no where to go. He then refused to pull over and exchange insurance info, but was more than happy to show me he thought I was number one with a hand jester. The Maryland Highway Patrol thinks he and his truck look awesome in the photos I shared with them. I think me might regret not stopping...
