This is the essence of the Kahuna System of Healing, Hooponopono . . To take 100% responsibility for what is going on in my world. . . If it is happening in my reality, in my knowledge, then I am responsible. . .So if there are wars, and genocide, and pollution, and abuse going on in my world, then I ask the creator to forgive me for what is going on inside me that is causing all this chaos, imbalance and violence that I am experiencing. . .I say Im sorry, will all the memories, data, fears and vibrations coming up from my subconscious be released, and transmuted to pure light and love . . . . I say Im sorry, Please forgive me. . .Thank you. . . Hooponopono, Hooponopono, Hooponopono . . .and I keep singing this or chanting this while I briefly hold a picture in my mind of the situation or person as totally whole, resolved, complete perfect. . . .I see the oceans clean and sweet, the fish healthy, the dolphins and wales leaping and breaching. . . I see the skies clear and clean and filled with birds. . . .I see laughing people playing and interacting joyfully, the trees laden with fruit, deserts green, grassy meadows filled with flowers and animals and children playing. . .and I FEEL the ABSOLUTE JOY of all I am Seeing. . .Knowing and Feeling it IS SO. . . . .
