This is the first interview Ive seen with Kim Dotcom where he talks at length about the whole case and the raid on his home. It does suggest that Hollywood, spy agencies and the FBI/Police handled this in an overly heavy handed manner which I tend to agree with. Kim Dotcom also tones down his usual bravado and Braggadicio style in this interview. Perhaps hes understandably more cautious these days but he has not done himself any favours by stating he had a big reveal coming that would discredit John Key (NZ Prime Minister) which turned out to be an email that was a fake. The interviewer also makes this interview a little annoying with his bias and gushing almost idol worship of Kim but its still worth viewing/listening. Theres also something a little disingenuous about the way he talks about his rights while completely washing his hands of any direct, even partial responsibility with regard to past copyright infringement by Megaupload users or indeed his new service MEGA which automatically encrypts all users file uploads for the protection of both the users privacy and to shield Mega and himself legally because they can never know what there users are uploading or sharing.
