This is the game: Ashley gave me the number 9. I now post 9 things you may or may not know about me. Like the post and Ill give you a number. 1. My real first name isnt Michael, its Larry. I still have a few friends from Ohio who call me that. Other alternative names include Buzz and Tip. Ill answer to any of them. 2. I grew up believing I was Polish on my dads side, but it turns out Im Slovakian. 3. I once sat on the same couch as Chrissie Hyndes brother (The Pretenders). I also knew Glenn Paynes daughter and George Younces son (the Cathedrals quartet), and Mark Mothersbaughs cousin (DEVO). 4. Ive seen the Rocky Horror Picture Show over 500 times. 5. I can read 1000+ words a minute, at least back in 7th grade. If EVERYTHING had worked out right, I might have graduated high school in 1981 at age 16. 6. My favorite color is orange, but I really dont like orange-colored things, if that makes any sense. Its more about the vibe, not the color itself. 7. Seeing babies covered in spaghetti sauce or mud volleyball players covered in dirt gives me the major heebie jeebies. I just want to hose them all down, or at least know there is a shower nearby. Im not a neatnik myself, but excessive filth on another human body freaks me out. 8. Im actually listed in the IMDB, under Mike Pollick. I thought I was going to earn a little bit of money playing King Richard The Lion Heart in a very local Robin Hood movie, but the 16 year old director had bigger plans for his opus. By a very large stretch of the imagination, my Kevin Bacon number could be 3. 9. I may have inherited some psychic abilities from my mothers side. One time I had an odd dream where my brother John suddenly turned around in the candy aisle of a small grocery store and yelled DOG FOOD for no apparent reason. The next week, we were in Reinkers, our neighborhood store, and John went down the candy aisle ahead of us. Mom asked him if we were forgetting anything on the shopping list, and he turned around and yelled DOG FOOD. Thats why I wont do two shows a night, just wont do it. ;-)
