This is the inflatable rental company unused for My 2 year old sons birthday party, I paid them 225 bucks cash for an ALL day rental from 11am-8 at night at 3 pm the companys blower went out and my inflatable deflated, I called the company after cake and ice cream and Jennifer ownby (the owner) tells me oh ok no problem we will being another one out be there in about 10 minutes! They show up in about 30 mins with another blower.... And it doesnt work either... Out breakers and outlets are checked and working properly, it is their faulty equipment I tell her she needs to make it right this is a 2 year olds birthday party.... She then tells me she is going to load the slide up and take it back with her because I did not call her within 10. Minutes of the break down! I explained there was never any instructions on what to do for a malfunction and of that was a policy its should have been disclosed before hand! She told me that it was common sense! Needless to say I went off, but regardless I dont not recommend renting from these unprofessional business owners. They absolutely ruined my 2 year old sons party and didnt not offer to make things right! They actually called the law on us because she felt threatened... Needless to say no one was taken to jail, and I will be taking them to magistrate court with proof of our agreement of hours of rental! I was screwed by them and my sons party was ruined and about 20 kids were disappointed. Dont be their next victim. Please share this!
