This is the interval training routine that I did at the end of my run... If youre needing a workout idea try this full body workout that even works the inner thighs. Interval training is one of the quickest, most effective ways to lose weight... •Jog for 5 min. •Go through each exercise without jumping the first time through to further warm up your body. •Do each exercise for a minute then go right onto the next. •Aim for 4 rounds •Slow jog for 5 min. to cool down and stretch. P.S. I know my booty needs to be down more in the bottom right exercise. :) Theres always room for improvement!...
