This is the last Im going to write on the Chiefs situation, cause Im going to go on a 13 day celebration of being the only undefeated team in the NFL. A feat nobody thought possible after winning 2 games all of last year. I dont think were going to win at Denver. I just dont. I think our defense will show up to play, but the offense will come up just short. But i will still be screaming, and biting my nails, and hanging on to every single play. I think having two weeks off to rest, heal and prepare is a great thing. Plus Andy Reids ability to gameplan coming off a bye gives us a real fighting chance, so Im going to stay optimistic. Im not butthurt about the lack of media coverage. Is it shitty? Yeah. You cant find a headline about the Chiefs on any major sports website. Were only the last undefeated team left, its not like its a big deal or anything. So I will say this, if somehow we pull this next game out, and we stun Denver and the entire world, every loyal KC fan should have the right to ask all these sports journalists if weve played anyone yet, while giving them the ultimate facepalm. Cause when that happens, everyone will be on the Chiefs jocks, and well all be sitting here like oh NOW you think were a real team? piss off.
