This is the level of respect for justice and freedom of speech in the Green Party in England: ABUSE OF POSITION BY PARTY OFFICIALS I recently sent this text to 21 people holding positions of responsibility within the party: You may have heard - probably with a prejudgemental snigger - that Ive been having difficulties with persistent bullying from other (sic) party members in Lancaster. Even worse, my attempts to raise objections to their spite and slander have been ignored and party rules and procedures have been violated in the three invalid attempts to expel me from the party. Despite my never having been expelled, I have been excommunicated by them who have power over emails etc. and my appeals against the decision - which has never been made - have been ignored. Please investigate these serious violations of party procedures. All of them have failed to reply, as they have on previous occasions. THREE DISHONEST ATTEMPTS AT DISMISSAL 1. Personal Edict by Emily Heath Emily orders me not to attend meetings, uses her position to prevent me sending or receiving emails with the local group or north-west region, withholds all possible information, including times of north-west region meetings, and even lies to the police about me. 2. Sham Tribunal, Local Group. Emily then staged a show trial. Invalid for several technicalities, but most importantly because it was made up of the very people who had been committing the offences that needed to be addressed. There was no unbiased chairman. As I had explained to John Whitelegg, I didnt dignify it by attending. 3. Sham Tribunal, London. Darren Johnson, Sue Mallender and Charles Graham made no attempt to ascertain what had been going on but merely transmitted Emilys demands that I sign, in effect, a false confession. They reneged on our agreement to work out a document to be signed by all parties. Since then, I have heard nothing from the executive, my letters and appeal applications have been ignored and, although my suspension automatically expired years ago, those in positions of power continue to enforce it. PARTY POLICY, PARTY CANT and PARTY PRACTICE Throughout history, people in politics have sought to gag, punish and make-disappeared anyone who questions their „authority“, and its still commonplace in places like Burma, Iran and south America, as well as most other parts of the world. Do you think its something that the GP in England and Wales should be encouraging? finitesite/dandelion/greenbullies.html [email protected]
