One must know how to boil them first on low heat and have patience for it to simmer down. Then one must know how to sizzle them on a grill while keeping them tender and not rare. One must know how to do all those things while keeping the lambchops from turning into a heap of tar , blood and bones. And I am pleased to inform all you lamb chop enthusiasts that there is a chef out there who actually KNOWS how to make lamb chops , the way god had intended them to be made. Sebastian the executive chef of Amoos has beautifully carved out the perfect menu for Persian food . His delicate well done yet tender lamb chops are a divine gift from Persian tradition . When I first bit into a lamb chop, I was thrilled with the result. The exotic chops were well garnished with pomegranate seeds and sour red raisins which added a tangy yet exotic flavor. The rice and kubideh were fantastic as well and gave me an overall positive experience on my quest to find a nice Persian restaurant. Sebastian you have me sold and I will be returning again for your wonderful lamb chops.
