This is the most ridiculous recruiting email I honestly can say I have ever seen. I never post anything negative. This is NOT to be negative-this is for all my Real Estate Chief Growth Officers to get a hysterical laugh. Oh by the way Agents---trust me this is NOT a sustainable program. You will buy signs and ultimately be forced to invest in all of your marketing because the company will go bankrupt. Tracy McGlynn Herbstsommer, Len Nevin, Angie Legge, Faye Humphrey, Shannan King, Shane Baker, Scott Crouch, Eric D Sanchez , you all are Growth Rockstars! Are you ready to be amazed??? This is the message I received from my Market Center Coordinator who is unlicensed. She is also amazing---you can not steal her. :) __________________________________ Wow, this is really a horrible email… lol. just thought you should see it. Shannan -----and here it is folks..... Subject: COMMISSION CHANGE Hi, we are looking for agents looking to take their business to the next level. Based on your transaction track record, we also believe you qualify to receive our exclusive $500 - $1,000 hiring/transfer bonus! Our support is unparalleled and we are hands on with your success. Our success is Blah...blah...blah... (32 paragraphs/bullet points...yes I counted them.) Oh, yeah. Lets not forget no monthly fees, no sigh up fees, 100% commission, etc. theyll pay you the hiring bonus plus $300- for agent referrals. And yes folks---this is how the email ends (I cut and pasted email) Its blind. Read it--lol. I think we will continue to lead by revenue and teach our Agent partners to do the same. ;). -------------------------the end of email: We are selective in who we welcome into our family, therefore we respect your privacy and will keep your contact/interest confidential. Respectfully, we also have intentionally kept our company confidential to protect our competitive advantages.
