This is the only time Im going to address the following, as I cannot answer this 55x per day. how does #Overkill gear compare to #Metal gear? Ive been sponsored by every company. Ive purchased gear from every company prior to being sponsored. Ive squatted over 1000lb in 6 different brands/makes of suit in competition. 1100 in 4 different brands. Ginny phillips Metal Ace Metal Jack Inzer Canvas Inzer Trex Titan Boss SOON TO BE.... 7th OVERKILL There is no comparison. I was skeptical to be honest. Im down 30lb of bodyweight and rudy assured me my bench would be as good as ever. He was right. Heres the unvarnished truth: Rudy Rosales custom making EVERY piece of gear that goes out, superior designs, and fabric that is as beefy and durable as it gets doesnt really give a fair comparison to Stock and generic sized cuts that are NOT specific to a lifters build, leverages or needs. Its like taking an orange construction cone to a gun fight. Even if the materials were equal (not even close) Overkill has canvas options, and 2 different makes of poly that blow the comp out of the water. If you want something pulled of a shelf, made for a lifter who is NOT you but delivered to you pretty fast, and easy to break in - then by all means go metal. If you want the best Sh#t around, get in line and be ready to put the work in to break it in, be patient and reap the benefits. how does the red material compare to the black? The red is thicker, but gives more like a SDP, and you can feel it stretch. The black is SUPER stiff and doesnt give. I love them both.
