This is the perfect story to give someone an idea of the power of the mind and the vastness of the Universe. Once at LA Pride, someone handed me a pin that said experience this and then an aquaintance of mine played on the mainstage. I said well damn, i gotta do that! So i confirmed my intent by drawing a picture of myself on the stage. I occasionally repeated a visualization of myself onstage saying Look everyone, were in Xanadu! as a reference to the heavenliness of being able to manifest anything and the freedom weve attained. Well, i wrote the acquaintance, who referred me to Gaye Ann Bruno, who at the time, was director of entertainment for LA Pride. A couple months after our initial conversation, it turned out she knew my then business partner and wound up guest djing at our nightclub a couple times. But heres where it gets really amazing. I did get the gig, but a while after i heard the news, i heard who was headlining the day I performed. Olivia Newton-John, singer of Xanadu. And the power HIT ME. By visualizing myself saying we were in Xanadu, by projecting into the pride event, i helped mold what it was to become. Now, the beauty of this story is it truly embodies, not only the power of creative visualization, but just how much power the universe has. Thats also how I made the club so successful... How i got it at all. I asked for ideal employment and that ideal employment made me the boss in an environment where i could empower people and be fulfilled in ways i didnt even know to ask for. Just like Olivia. I didnt even think to ask for her, but the universe did. Not only that, but as i was onstage performing, between songs, i could hear the restaurant behind the park blasting the Go-Gos WHILE i was onstage. It was an amazing experience that showed me just how intricately the universe can weave our intentions, based on the information we provide. So believe. Its ALL TRUE. I PROMISE. And be free. This world is LITERALLY heaven. You can have and do ANYTHING you want. Anything. And pull in anyone you want to assist you. So... Remember this story. And wish me luck, because i just declared my intention to have a successful run as a musician with a few hits thatll go down in the lexicon of great American music. 🎵🎶💖ツ
