This is the price people pay when u give a gun to a small child to play with instead of a toy. One day u will have to buy a bullet proof to protect even u urself from the mistakes of ur charity. In my country{NIGERIA} the elected government has been used to cheats and maim the coward hearted people from performance b/c they have to serve their tenure. Elected or dictator its does not matter as long as the performance and service delivery are honoured and justified.
