This is the project Ive been working on this past week. This is the comfort station for our two TNRd feral cats, Raven and Mr. Whiskers, for this Winter. All four sides are covered with plastic. I made it different and better than the one I did last year. Inside is an igloo for their food and water that I keep on a heating pad so it doesnt freeze. Theres also an insulated house for Mr. Whiskers with a heating pad inside and a nice cushy cat bed for him to enjoy when its not too cold. Raven, the black cat has his own insulated, heated house under our catio. They both just love the new place and share it nicely. I have to still tweek a few things on the outside, but at least theyre ready for Winter now. Having that done is such a relief to me! The nice thing is, it only cost me $7 dollars to make and that was for three 2x3x8s. I had all the plastic and the top insulation board from last year!
