This is the season to be grateful. The things you see in hindsight. When I was a little boy we stayed in the basement of our grandparents home. Each day my grandfather got up,and went to work. He carried a black lunch bucket. I have know doubt that he worked hard,but what I discovered was he thought about me and my brother every day. The evidence is at the end of the day when he returned home. My brother,and I would run to him looking for our treat,and without fail. He would open his lunch bucket to reveal something. What that told me as I have gotten older. He thought about us while at work.He did not eat all that my grandma had prepared,because he thought about his grandsons....
