This is the state of immigration in the UK.. around 50 000 students that have taken a specific exam (toeic) are being rounded up and arrested and placed in detention as a method of the conservative government trying to show that immigration is being reduced. Their justification is that a handful were paying bribes to pass the exam, yet all of them are being told to leave the UK. This will surely go through the courts, but the government are probably counting on the delay in court processes being after the elections. If u have done toiec in past in any year HO wl cancel ur visa or if ur application is in process they wl come any time/day to you address with a warrent and wl take you soon or later. -i hve done toiec in 2010 after that i hve got my three tier4 visa extension on toiec later i hve done my masters from ARU and was applied for tier2 visa in july in sep i was attend an interview which was good i thought my application is in process and english langugaue toiec is no more my application requirement so i was waiting for my visa but on 27th nov HO came on my hoke address with a ets toiec arrest warrent and took me and detained me for 40days and today i got relaised on a bail which cost me another £2000 for solicitor. Tip- if u knw anyone or uself done toiec is past and if ur application is with HO for any category plz move to a diff home address. And most imp moral of the story is the student or any migrant future has come to an end in uk. If u hve done toiec in past you wont get any further legal visa extension as per HO policy. On way is suffering and playing hide and seek and wasting money and time.. Even if u fight is court or become illigal for the next 1-5years still at d end u gona end up in detention with empty hand and hve to go bxk to home country sokn or later.. So choice is yours.. Act now stop suffering and wasting money guys.. Its my humble request to all of u.. I myself leaving the country next month..wish u all good luckxx and ... yes i was in dover detention..it was all full most off wth toiec pple cos its easy for Ho to target pple for net immigartion and election.. i hve meet pple who was on legal 20hr uni valid visa with ilets, another on legal tier2 gng to work and paying tax another was on spouse visa got married to a british pakistani gal legally still coz of toiec this all legal pple was also arrested by Ho to spoil there immigration history by toiec.. and recently this week there was a guy arrested in fake tier2 cos letter submited to Ho bh a agent paid £10,000cash and end up in detention.. i guess after toiec now HO is tagerting and coming up with tier2 visa fraud.. who ever thnk i hve done masters and summited xyz company cos HO gona arrest tem all soon.. even who ever got tier in past by xyz company sponser all pple visa wl get cancel Ho wl send a 60days letter soon.. so as for now all tier catogory application in onhold and on fraud
