This is the tactics that are used by a failed GOP candidate, whom has a 30 year record of misdirection and outright lies! Some GOP candidates are actually trying to make the party more updated and truer to its original mission, at the turn of the last century, but when you have these Republican party leaders, who stick to the same policies of bait and switch (better known in KY as bait and Mitch) the party just falls further into ruin. If Republicans win the Senate and Congress, youre not going to see policies passed, youre just going to see tighter gridlock and nonstop efforts to repeal every bit of legislation that has trickled through in the past 6 years! The ACA isnt perfect, but its a start in the right direction, that has been promised by every Republican president since Reagan! But there hasnt been one step made by the GOP For a national health care bill or reform! If they can tweak the law for the betterment of the people, not the corporations (who, no matter how it was ruled, are not living breathing humans), then I would have no problem with that, but its no secret (as we have seen in 400 separate appeals and votes) that the current GOP leaders intend to destroy the ACA for all time. While threatening our social security (which wasnt ever supposed to be in the hands of the govt, in any branch, from its conception in the 1930s (rough recollection of its year of creation). Yet the GOP godfather, Reagan, made it possible for the government to use our retirement plan for government use (how else do you think he balanced the budget and ushered the 1,000 points of light into being?) at that time the program had enough surplus to, keep up with raises for cost of living and inflation, and fund retirement for all through the next half century, and was continually growing! The federal government has yet to pay back one red penny of that money. They have dipped into it repeatedly, but have never repaid. Now they claim they must take action before it goes bankrupt. This is what the GOP has a V8 305 record of, here in America. They will use your own fears, anger and families future to get reelected. They have become the cancer we all feared. Do your own research, dig deeper than what their own people put out. Hell, ask their kindergarten teachers what they were like. Just dont vote on blind faith or what others have told you! No matter which party youre interested in! This is your future as well as everyone elses!
