This is the time of year it is just crazy busy. Im not complaining, it just is. One thing that unfortunately just doesnt get the attention at this time is inquiries people make of me, asking about products. Im sorry if I havent gotten back to you, our products are worth it, and I appreciate your patience. Know that I am tending to business - caring for animals, and taking care of the timely work around challenging weather and conditions. I will also acknowledge my failings in not having more stock response things to give out. Yep, a lot of the same questions that Ive always wanted to give individual answers to, and thats really inefficient on my part. Lots of things I can - and will - accept responsibility for and with that, do better at. In the future. When I can fit it in, which is not right now. If it doesnt suit a person that I cant drop these activities in order to tend to your needs, it does work out that we really shouldnt do business. Someone else can offer you the service you believe you need. It will not, however, come with the package of values this farm is all about; it simply is not possible. Positive change will not occur at a time of convenience and on sale. I do hope in the future that I can be more responsive, positive change is in the works, so pleased to have Lisa on board more regularly to help, but in the meantime, I ask you to stay focused on the big picture - where we both want good work to be done, a better future, and that patience and sacrifice will be necessary for that to occur. If you need it now, accept that the needs being met are only yours, and consider how that works when everyone acts that way. Right! We get exactly what we have now. Heres to a better future - to working together - to creating a better future, one family, one farm at a time. Scott
