This is the truth. Even I get a little intimidated when Im pulled over by a cop, especially at night. You just never know. Its easy for non-Blacks to say, weve come a long way, slavery and segregation is in the past, and blah blah blah. But, this kind of racism by means of excessive, unnecessary force, power, aggression and violence towards Blacks still exists. It doesnt matter how much of an upstanding citizen you are, if you have a prestigious ivy league education, rich, famous, or even a well renowned philanthropist, just the fact that your skin pigmentation is brown, youre subject to harsh and unfair treatment and assumed to be some kind of threat. Sad.
